  1. Tell us a little about yourself. Introduce yourself to our audience; talk about your current role, when you started Olvy, and why. Hello everyone, I'm thrilled to introduce myself to this wonderful audience. I'm Arnob Mukherjee, one of the co-founders of Olvy, a platform dedicated to reinventing how companies listen to their customer feedback. My journey with Olvy started in 2020 as a side project, driven by a passion for helping companies do better user research and build a new landscape of qualitative analytics tools. My role involves steering the company's vision, product development, sales, and marketing and ensuring we're always aligned with our user's needs.
  2. Could you share insights into your day-to-day activities and responsibilities? At Olvy, my day-to-day is dynamic, involving strategic planning, team collaboration, and user engagement. Presently, our focus is on developing new features to assist companies with a large volume of feedback, transitioning from collection across various sources to actionable insights within minutes. In terms of growth strategies, we're prioritizing creator-first marketing, utilizing side projects for lead generation, and striving for top-notch content creation, all while maintaining an organic approach. 🙂
  3. What does your stack look like and what are your go-to tools for running your day-to-day? Success at Olvy is gauged through a blend of user engagement metrics, feedback quality, and growth rates. Our daily toolkit comprises Slack for communication, Linear for project management, and Plausible Analytics for top-of-funnel insights.

  • What’s one unobvious tactic, tool, or piece of advice that has worked wonders for you? This too shall pass." Be there, stay there; it’s just a moment, and it will pass. If you stand firm and face it, you will be much closer to success. You just need to stand your ground.One of the key lessons I've learned from sales (BTW, I'm a product designer turned founder) is the importance of relentless persistence. Showing up every day is crucial because business revolves around sales, and sales demand resilience. It requires you to push through the challenges, continue following up with leads, and persevere even after facing rejection.
